“Calorics” Book:
While we do not accept returns for the “Calorics” book, we will provide a replacement if the book arrives damaged or defective. To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect before processing your request.
2. Online Consultation Services
Consultations with Dr. Usama Zuhair:
As online consultations are a service, they are not subject to returns. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. We do not offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation or for missed appointments.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where a return or refund may be warranted due to errors on our part, such as incorrect shipment of the “Calorics” book or technical issues preventing an online consultation, please contact our customer support team. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
