1. Physical Products
“Calorics” Book:
We offer a physical book titled “Calorics.” Due to the nature of the product, all sales of the “Calorics” book are final. We do not offer refunds once the book has been shipped. If the book arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement.
2. Online Consultation Services
Consultations with Dr. Usama Zuhair:
Fees for online consultations with Dr. Usama Zuhair are non-refundable. Once an appointment is booked and payment is made, the fee is considered final. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee. We do not offer refunds for missed appointments or dissatisfaction with the consultation service.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases, such as an error on our part that prevents delivery of the “Calorics” book or scheduling of an online consultation, we may consider issuing a refund. These cases are reviewed individually and are at the discretion of Calorics. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the incident to discuss your case.
